Challenge

Assist the Salvadoran coffee export sector in establishing their positioning strengths in order to develop a brand vision and action plan.

Project objectives and challenges were developed as follows

  • Work sessions to agree on the definition of Café Cordilleras El Salvador.

  • Support to representatives of the coffee sector in El Salvador to agree on a definition of positioning for Coffees from El Salvador.

  • Recommendations on structuring of the promotion strategy: website/ logos/ brands used.

  • Definition for brand positioning, brand architecture and way forward plan.

  • Brought the brand to life by creating the visual identity of Café Cordilleras El Salvador, its complementary graphic and visual language.

  • Developed brand manual as a tool for defining visual identity norms.

To formulate, develop and implement the quinoa sectorial branding strategy for the Bolivian producers and exporters.
